The Lab Hotel, an innovator in the hospitality industry, has recently started to use our AI-based concierge robot. Since April 16th, the hotel has been serving as a testing ground for AI and robotics. Adapted for hospitality by Arabesque LLC and Helbling Technik AG, the temi robot greets, informs, and accompanies guests throughout the hotel.
Based on latest AI technology and local knowledge, the robot can communicate naturally with people, providing an exciting guest experience. This innovative approach to guest services underscores the growing importance of AI robotics in the hospitality sector.
